Satica Co. Budtending Services [Private Party Events Only]

 

1. Age Verification:
All attendees must be over the age of 21 and proper identification must be
presented at the time of entry to the event.

 

2. Product Use: All
cannabis products are intended for personal use only and must be consumed
responsibly. The use of cannabis products must comply with all local and state
laws.

 

3. Liability: Satica
Co. is not liable for any misuse or abuse of the products served. All attendees
assume all risks associated with the use of cannabis products. 

 

4. Product
Availability: Satica Co. reserves the right to limit product quantities and discontinue
certain products at any time during the event.

 

5. Refunds and
Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds. Ticket resale is at the discretion
of the purchaser and may be transferred.

 

6. Privacy Policy:
Satica Co. respects the privacy of its customers and will never share or sell
personal information to third parties.

 

7. Compliance with
Laws: Satica Co. will comply with all local and state laws regarding the sale
and distribution of cannabis products. *No cannabis products will be sold at
the event. 

 

8. Indemnification:
All attendees agree to indemnify and hold Satica Co. harmless from any and all
claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the products
served.

 

9. Changes to Terms
and Conditions: Satica Co. reserves the right to modify or update these terms
and conditions at any time without notice.

 

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the
event is being held. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that
state.
